- Next, you’ll order my remote support service. The cost of this service is a flat $ 20 dollar plus 7 per hour and entitles you to the following services:
- Remove the malware (viruses) on your PC.
- Install free anti-virus software.
- Make sure your PC is securely configured.
- PC Tune-Up for maximum speed
3. After you complete your order I’ll get an email notifying me of your request for service.
4. When it’s time for your appointment I’ll call you on the number you provided.
5. I’ll connect to your computer via remote access software and immediately get to work. I’ll explain the details of how we connect remotely before we get started. If we cannot make a remote access connection then I’ll refund your purchase.
6. At the end of our appointment I will terminate the remote connection. After the remote connection is terminated I will NOT be able to access your PC again unless we start another remote session.
7. That’s it!
